After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

2. Change of Mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns of perfumes or attars that have been opened, used, or sprayed.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected. The refund method and processing time will depend on the original payment method.

4. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
